Independence Day special tiranga roti

Ingredients:


1.   Wheat flour 90gr
2.   Carrot medium size 1
3.   Palak leaves 1 small bunch

Preparation:


1.   Wheat flour divided into three parts.
2.   Clean and wash palak.
3.   Grind them into paste.
4.   Mix in one part of wheat flour.
5.   Wash and peal carrot.
6.   Grind them into paste.
7.   Mix them in another part of wheat flour.
8.   Take radish peal and grind into paste.
9.   Mix in another part of wheat flour
These three parts are in straight line.

Cut and press and heat them.

Ingredients:

1.Jowar flour 1 cup
2.Rice flour 2 tbsp
3.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
4.Sufficient hot water

Preparation:

1.Take a deep glass bowl add in rice flour ,jowar flour and saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),mix well.
2.Add in sufficient hot water and mix well, prepare a dough and knead well for 15 minutes.
3.Now divide the dough into small portions and press in hands like rotis.
4.Place the jawar roti on mud pan and roast till the sufficient water evaporates on top.
5.Cook on both sides evenly for 2 minutes and remove mud pan and place roti directly on flame. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Rice floor 1tbsp
2.Cow ghee
3.Basen flour1tbsp
4.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
5.Wheat flour

Preparation:

1.Combine wheat flour and saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),mix well together by adding sufficient water.
2.Prepare a smooth dough,rest aside the dough for 1hr by covering with a cotton cloth.
3.Now make 2 small balls of the dough and apply fat and rice flour on one side and put them together with the fat side facing each otherc roll like a thin chapati of about 10 diameter circle using little basen flour
4.Place the rumali roti carefully over it and cook till they puff up and you will be able to separate the two layers  Fold it like a kerchief. Serve roti with indian special curry.

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour
2.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
3.Butter
4.Pepper powder
5.Cow ghee
6.Rice flour
7.Cumin powder
8.Dry Mango powder
9.Garlic finely chopped

Preparation:

1.Take a deep glass bowl add wheat flour,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),butter and some sufficient water,prepare a smooth dough and rest aside for30 minutes.
2.Meanwhile take a small glass bowl add cow ghee,combine,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),pepper powder,cumin powder,garlic chopped,dry mango powder and mix well.Prepare a smooth paste.
3.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a chapathi,now apply the garlic paste and roll into a paratha by forming layers, dusting some rice flour.
4.Heat a mud pan and place the paratha,cook on both sides evenly till golden brown colour spots appear,grease some cow ghee and serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2. Cauliflower 1 cup
3.Potato 1
4.Green chillies 2
5.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
6.Pepper powder
7.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
8.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves
10.Butter 2 tbsp
11.Cow ghee 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a deep glass bowl add wheat flour,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and mix well with sufficient water and prepare smooth dough and keep aside.
2.Take a mud pan pour some cow ghee and heat it,add cauliflower , green chilies, potato and saute.
3.Add saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) cumin powder ,pepper powder, and mix well.Switch off the stove and add lemon juice.Rest aside the mixture to cool down.
4.Divide the dough into small portions and spread into a thin chapathi and stuff the fried mixture into it.
5.Now roll into a thin paratha by dusting some dry flour,Drizzle some butter on mud pan and place the paratha,cook on both sides evenly and till brown spots appear.Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Cauliflower
2.Wheat flour
3.Carrot
4.Cabbage
5.Onions
6.Capsicum
7.Black pepper powder
8.Mustard seeds
9.Mud paneer
10.Cheese
11.Green chillies
12.Tomato
13.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
14.Cow ghee

Preparation:


1.Heat some cow ghee in a mud pan,add mustard seeds,onions and saute.
2.Add cabbage, cauliflower ,carrot,capsicum ,green chillies,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and stir fry.
3.Cover and cook for few min, add ,black pepper powder ,crumbled mud panner and mix well.Set aside the mixture to cool down,now add cheese and blend well.
4.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding some saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),rest aside the dough for 1 hour.
5.Divide the dough into equal parts and roll,stuff the mud paneer mixture in center and cover around the edges.
6.Finally roll into a thin paratha and place it on hot tawa,cook on both sides by drizzling some cow ghee.Cook till done and serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Mud paneer grated 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies 4
4.Ginger small piece
5.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
6.Butter 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Blend green ginger ,chillies into a coarse paste.
2.Take a glass bowl combine wheat flour,mud paneer,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),ginger green chilli paste and mix well with sufficient water and prepare a stiff dough.
3.Divide the dough into equal portions,roll them into a paratha by dusting some dry flour.
4.Meanwhile heat a mud pan by drizzling some butter,place the paratha and cook evenly on both sides by greasing some butter.Coook till lite brown that’s it.

Ingredients:

1.Ginger chopped
2.Green chillies chopped
3.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
4.Sweet corn 1 cup
5.Wheat flour
6.Coriander leaves chopped
7.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
8.Cow ghee

Preparation:

1.Roughly grind sweet corn,green chillies,ginger chopped,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt).
2.Transfer the mixture into a glass bowl,add wheat flour,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),coriander leaves and mix well.Add sufficient water and prepare a soft dough.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions.
4.Heat a mud pan,roll the paratas and place them on hot pan. Cook on one side by applying cow ghee, turn over on other side cook evenly and serve with Tasty chutney.

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Left over dal 1/2 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
5.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
6.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
7.Chat masala powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Carom seeds 1/2 tbsp
9.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
11.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
12.Cow ghee 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl add wheat flour,left over dal,onion chopped medium,pepper powder,coriander powder,cumin powder, turmeric powder ,chat masala powder,carom seeds ,coriander leaves and saindhava lavanam (Rock salt).
2.Mix well all the ingredients with enough sufficient water and keen on a dough.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll it into a chapathi.
4.Some cow ghee on both sides of chapathi and cook till brown colour both sides.Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Moong dal 1/2 cup bcow gheeed and mashed
2.Mud paneer grated 1/2 cup
3.Wheat flour 1 cup
4.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
5.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
6.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
7.Coriander leaves
8.Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
9.Butter 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl combine moong dal,mud paneer,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),pepper powder,ginger,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well and keep aside.
2.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding some saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),mix well with sufficient water.
3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into small puris,stuff the dal mixture and wrap around the edges tightly.
4.Again roll them into a paratha,meanwhile heat a mud pan by drizzling some butter on paratha and cook evenly, Serve hot

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1/4 kilo
2.Pepperes ripened 3
3.Radish grated 1 cup
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
7. Cow ghee 2 tbsp
8.Butter 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan pour some cow ghee and heat it,add cumin seeds and saute for few seconds,add pepper, ginger paste and mix well,fry few minutes.
2.Add grated radish,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and saute for few minutes.Switch of the stove and keep to the side.
3.Take a deep glass bowl add wheat flour,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and fried radish,mix all the ingredients with sufficient water.Prepare a parata dough.
4.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a parata by dusting some dry flour.
5.Heat a mud pan by greasing some butter,place the parata and cook on both sides evenly till nice brown colour, Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Chikkuduginjalu 1 cup
2.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
3.Pinch of pepper powder
4.Wheat flour 1 cup
5.Bcow gheeed potato 1
6.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
7.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
8.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
9.Pudina
10.Coriander leaves
11.Green chillies 6
12.Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
13. Cow ghee 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Blend  chikkudu ginjalu,potato, fenugreek leaves, pepper powder, coriander leaves,pudina,gren chillies, ginger garlic paste,carrot,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) into a smooth paste.
2.Take a glass bowl add wheat flour, cow ghee ,garam masala powder and ground paste,mix well evenly and prepare a smooth dough.
3.Divide the dough into equal portions and prepare parathas with dusting some flour.
4.Meanwhile heat a mud pan and place the paratha,drizzle some cow ghee around and cook evenly till done.Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Cheese grated 1/2 cup
2.Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup
3.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
4.Green chillies chopped 2
5.Onion chopped finely 1 medium
6.Ginger chopped finely 1 inch
7.Chat masala powder 2 tbsp
8. Cow ghee
9.Wheat flour 2 cups

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl combine wheat flour,coriander leaves,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and mix well with water,fora a smooth dough.
2.Rest the dough for 1hr by cover with a cloth.
3.Combine cheese,onion,green chilli,ginger,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste,chat masala powde make a cheese mixture.
4.Divide the dough into small equal parts and form into small balls.Dust with atta and prepare standard size chapathi.
5.Place a 1/2tbsp of cheese mixture in middle of chapathi and enclose the boundaries.Prepare a round ball and roll out into a paratha by dusting atta.
6.Heat a mud pan,place a paratha on it and cook for a minute,keep turning on both the sides and cook evenly by drizzling some cow ghee.
7.Cook crunchy.Serve hot.

Preparation:

1.Prepare chapathi with wheat flour mixture and cut into much loved shapes.
2.Heat some cow ghee in a mud pan, onions fry till to golden brown add green chillies,chana dal,cumin seeds,mustard seeds, and suate for a few minutes.
3.Add peanuts,carrot grated and saute for few minutes,add curry leaves,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) ,soya sauce  ,chopped tomatos and mix well all the ingredients.
4.Lastly add chapathi pieces and blend well, heat for a minute and serve hot.

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl add wheat flour,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and mix well with required sufficient water,prepare a soft dough.
2.Take a mud pan pour some cow ghee and heat it,add onions fry till to golden brown add garlic,ginger,carrot,green chillies and fry for few minutes.
3.Add cow gheeed potato,pepper powder,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),coriander leaves and mix well.
4.Now divide the dough into small equivalent portions and stuff the mixture in dough balls and enfold it tightly.
5.Roll the dough balls into a parata with dusting some flour,in the meantime heat a mud pan by drizzling some cow ghee,cook evenly on both sides till golden brown appear.Serve hot .

Ingredients:

1.Cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
2.Wheat flour 1 cup
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Curry leaves
5.Ginger small pieces
6.Green chillies 2
7.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
8.Cow ghee2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a mixer jar add cumin seeds,green chillies,ginger, curry leaves,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) into a smooth paste.
2.Take a mud pan pour some cow ghee and heat it,add ground paste and fry for few minutes.
3.Add chopped cabbage and mix well, fry till uncooked smell goes off.
4.Take a glass bowl add wheat flour, fried cabbage,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and mix well with sufficient sufficient water and get ready a dough.
5.Divide the dough into equivalent parts and roll them into a chapathi by dusting some flour.Place the chapathi on hot mud mud pan and fry equally .Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1/2 cup
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Cumin powder 1 1/2 tbsp
5.Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
6.sufficient water
7.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
8.Green chillies paste
9.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
10.Cow ghee 2 tbsp
11.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl add wheat flour ,cumin powder,besan flour ,turmeric powder, coriander powder,pepper powder,dry mango powder,coriander leaves,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),green chillies paste.
2.Mix well all the ingredients with sufficient sufficient water and mold into a soft dough.
3.Rest the dough for about 40-60minutes.
4.Meanwhile heat a flatmud mud pan.
5.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into chapathi by dust some wheat flour.
6.Place the roti on mud mud pan and cook on both the sides equally, sprinkle some cow ghee on both sides and fry. Serve hot with any curry.

Annam Godhuma Parata

Ingredients:

1.Cooked red rice
2.Wheat flour
3.Coriander leaves
4.Garam masala powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Pepper powder
7.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Heat some ghee in pot ,add some garam masala powder,pepper powder,coriander leaves and stir fry for a minute.
2.Now add cooked rede rice,salt and mix up well.
3.Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour ,keep aside.
4.Prepare dough balls and stuff the rice, enfold around the edges and roll into a thin paratha,repeat the same procedure for other dough balls.
5.Heat a  flat mud pan and put the paratha,fry evenly on both sides by drizzling some ghee.Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya grated
2.Salt to taste(preferable saindava lavanam)
3.Green chillies
4.Wheat flour
5.Pepper powder
6.Ghee
7.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add sorakaya grated 1 cu wheat flour 1 cup salt,green chillies,pepper powder 1/2 tbsp finely chopped 1 tbsp,coriander leaves finely chopped  and mix well thoroughly without water.(Sorakaya is water content so we need not extra water).
2.Prepare a spongy dough and keep aside for few minutes.
3.Now dust the flat surface with some flour,divide the dough into small the equivalent portions and roll them into paratas.
4.Heat a flat mud pan and place parata,fry on both sides evenly by drizlling butter/gheeghee.Serve hot.

Aloo Noodles Parata

Ingredients:

1.Potatoes boiled 1
2.Noodles boiled 1 cup
3.Wheat flour 1 cup
4.Turmeric powder a pinch
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Ghee 1 1/2 tbsp
7.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
8. Salt to taste(preferable saindava lavanam)
9.Chilli paste 1 tbsp
10.Masala red chilli powder 1 tbsp
11.Jowar flour 1 cup
12.Ragi flour
13.Butter
 

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add boiled noodles,boiled potatoes,garam masala powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli paste,masala red .Mix well all the ingredients regularly.
2.For prepare dough mix all the flour(wheat,ragi,jowar) altogether and prepare a dough by adding up water and some butter.
3.Now place small portion of noodles mixture in rolled dough and bring the edges jointly and roll into a chapatti and fry on a flat mud pan by adding ghee.
