Weight loss with vulavalu(horse grain)
Ingredients
1.
Vulavalu 10 gr
2.
Malabar chinta 10 gr
3.
Pepper ¼ tsp
4.
Pinch of Salt(saindava lava am)
Preparation:
1.
Clean and wash vulavalu.
2.
Soak vulavalu whole night.
3.
Take a pot pour soaked vulavalu
with water.
4.
Add Malabar chinta.
5.
Boil in low flame.
6.
After few minutes switch of the
flame.
7.
Filter the juice.
8.
Add pepper and saindava lava am.
9.
Drink early in the morning.
