Rayala seema special Jawar Roti
Ingredients:
1.Jowar flour 1 cup
2.Rice flour 2 tbsp
3.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
4.Sufficient hot water
Preparation:
1.Take a deep glass bowl add in rice flour ,jowar flour and saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),mix well.
2.Add in sufficient hot water and mix well, prepare a dough and knead well for 15 minutes.
3.Now divide the dough into small portions and press in hands like rotis.
4.Place the jawar roti on mud pan and roast till the sufficient water evaporates on top.
5.Cook on both sides evenly for 2 minutes and remove mud pan and place roti directly on flame. Serve hot.
