1. Ghee or Gingle oil 1 tsp
2. Dalchina small piece
3. Garlic cloves 2
4. Pinch of pepper
5. Pinch of saindava lavanam
6. Raw jack fruit pieces
7. Curry leaves 5
8. Coconut milk 1 cup

Procedure:
1.       Take a mud pan pour ghee.
2.       Add chekka, add garlic cloves and curry leaves.
3.       Add raw jack fruit pieces add salt and pepper.
4.       Switch of flame.
5.       Filter the juice add coconut milk.

6.       Drink it.

Ingredients:

1.Oats
2.Onions
3.Tomatoes
4.Coriander leaves
5.Pepper powder
6.Saindava lavanam(rock salt)
7.Butter

Preparation:

1.Boil sufficient water in a bowl, add onions, tomatoes, and half boil for few minutes.
2. Remove onions and tomatoes from the bowl and keep aside.
3. Take another mud pan and boil, add oats, saindava lavanam (rock salt) and cook till done.
4. Blend onions and tomatoes into smooth paste, meanwhile take another mud pan melt some butter.
5. Add onion paste to the mud pan and stir well, coriander leaves add pepper powder, saindava lavanam (rock salt).Add boiled sufficient water (Veggies boiled) to oats and mix well.
6. Finally pour into the frying mud pan and mix well, boil for 2 minutes till done.
7. Transfer into a soup bowl .

Ingredients:

1. Potatoes
2. Lemon juice
3. Tomatoes
4. Toor dal
5. Tempering seeds
6. Beans
7. Green chillies
8. Green peas
9. Coriander leaves
10. Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
11. Curry leaves
12. Boiled piece
13. Cow ghee
14. Turmeric powder

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan add in tour dal,green peas, potatoes chopped, beans chopped, tomato sliced and sufficient water as for soup consistency.
.
2. Meanwhile heat some cow ghee in a mud pan, add in cumin, mustard ,curry leaves, garlic, turmeric powder , green chillies,dried green chilies sauté.
4. Pour the soup into tempering mixture and mix well. Add saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste.
5. Before serve Squeeze 1/2 lemon, coriander leaves and serve hot.

Ingredients:


1.Drum sticks
2.Saindava lavanam(rock salt)
3.Onions
4.Garlic
5.Pepper corns
6.Cloves
7.Garam masala powder
8.Corn flour
9.Coriander leaves
10.Butter

Preparation:

1.Boil drum sticks in sufficient water for few minutes by adding some saindava lavanam(rock salt).
2. Meanwhile melt some butter in another mud pan, add onions and sauté till to golden brown color.
3. Add cloves, garam masala powder, pepper corns saindava lavanam (rock salt) and sauté for few minutes.
4. Switch off the flame and rest aside the mixture to cool down for few minutes and blend into a fine paste.
5. Transfer the paste into a separate bowl, meanwhile take away pulp from drum sticks in a small bowl and mash well.
6. Add ground paste, drum stick pulp, to the boiled sufficient water and stir,bol on medium flame for few minutes.
7. Transfer into a soup bowl and dress up with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Soya Granules 1 cup
2.Carrot chopped 1 cup
3.Sweet corn 1 cup
4.Jowar flour
5. Beans finely chopped
6.Soya sauce
7.Jaggery
8.Saindava lavanam (rock salt)
9.Cow ghee 2 tbsp



Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan pour some cow ghee, heat it.
2.Add beans, carrot fry them for few min.
3.Add sweet corn sauté the mixture and add some sufficient water , get it to boil.
4. Add soya granules boil and cooked in mud pan in the mixture and bring it to boil.
5. Take a small bowl adds jowar flour and prepares a thick paste by adding sufficient water, lacking any lumps.
6. Add this mixture into soya and keep moving continuously.
7. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce and mix well. add jaggery saindava lavanam(rock salt) in the mixture and cook for few seconds and serve hot.

1.Spinach crush 1 cup

3.Butter 1tbsp
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Cloves 2-3
6.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan add butter, melt it.
2. Add bay leaf, cloves, ginger pieces.
3. Add spinach crush and mix well.
4. Add sufficient water as we needed for soup consistency, bring it toboil.
5. Meanwhile take a small bowl add corn flour, sufficient water. Prepare a thick batter.
6. Add this mixture into spinach soup and keep moving without forming any lumps.
7. Bring it to boil garnish with fresh cream .

1.Mushrooms
2.Cow milk
3.Cream
4.Wheat floor
5.Tasting saindava lavanam(rock salt)

Preparation:


1.Boil some water in a mud pan, add chopped mushrooms, saindava lavanam(rock salt) and bring it to boil for few minutes.
2. Melt some butter in a mud pan; add wheat flour and sauté for few minutes on medium heat.
3. Now add cow milk to the mud pan, mix well the mixture lacking any lumps.
4. Add pepper powder, saindava lavanam (rock salt), tasting and give it a good mix.
5. Finally add boiled mushrooms to the white soup and mix well. Cook for few minutes. 6. Transfer into a soup bowl. Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan melt some butter, add garlic, cinnamon and fry.
2. Add onions, fry for a minute, add boiled moong dale paste, some sufficient water and mix well evenly and bring it to boil.
3. Add ,pepper powder,salt ,coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer into a bowl, add boiled kabuli chana,lemon juice and serve hot.

1.Corn Kernels paste 1 cup
2. Butter 1 tbsp
3.Corn kernels boiled
4.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
5.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp

7.Garlic cloves chopped finely 1/2 tbsp
8.Bay leaf 1
9.Fresh cream

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan add sufficient butter, melt it.
2. Add bay leaf, garlic cloves thinly chopped and sauté.
3. Add some sufficient water for soup. get it to boil
4.Add corn paste and mix well.
5. Add saindava lavanam (rock salt), pepper powder, jaggery and bring it to boil.
6. Add corn flour paste to the soup and keep stirring.
7. Boil on medium flame till to required consistency. Add corn kernels, fresh cream and serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Carrot
2.Cabbage
3.Capsicum
4.Onions
5.White pepper powder
6.Coriander leaves
7.Corn flour
8.Saindava lavanam(rock salt)

Preparation:


1.Heat 2 tbsp cow ghee in a mud pan, add onions and sauté till to golden brown color.
2. Add grated carrot and fry till raw smell goes off, cabbage,Add capsicum and sauté for few minutes.
3. Add some sufficient water and bring it to boil around 5 minutes.
4. Dissolve soup powder in sufficient water and boil the content, blend well.
5. Add pinch of saindava lavanam (rock salt) ,pepper powder, coriander leaves, white pepper powder and give it a mix. Cook for a minute and transfer into a soup bowl and serve hot.

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan,add some butter,heat it.
2.Add bay leaf, garlic cloves,tomato paste,cucumber paste.
3.Now saute this mixture for few min,add sufficient water for soup quantity.
4.Bring to aboil ,take a small bowl add corn flour 1 tbsp,normal water and make a thick paste without forming any lumps.
5.Add this corn flour paste to the mixture and saute for few min.
6.Add pepper powder ,saindava lavanam(rock salt),.Bring it to a thick consistency.
7.Serve in a soup bowl.

:


1.Heat some cow ghee in a mud pan,add bay leaf, onions ,garlic pieces and saute for a minute,add,celery and mix well.
2.Add boiled veggies, tomatoes, rajma and mix well.
3.Add  boiled pasta ,vegetable stock ,pepper powder saindava lavanam(rock salt) and mix well.  cook for 5-10 minutes.
4.Add oregano and mix well,cook for a minute,transfer into a serving bowl, dress up with parmesan cheese and serve hot.

Ingredients:

1.Ajinomoto
2.Mixed veggies
3.Sesame seeds cow ghee
4.Vegetable stock

Preparation:

1.Take vegetable stock in a mud pan,combine chilli paste,pepper powder,jaggery,mixed veggies,ajinomoto and bring it to boil for few minutes.
2. In the meantime liquefy corn flour in sufficient water,add sesame cow ghee to the boiling satisfied.
3.Pour corn flour mixture and bring it to boil until it turns into a thick consistency. transfer into a soup bowl and dish up with garnished spring onions.

3. Dissolve corn flour in a bowl without form any lumps, add this mixture to  mud pan and mix well until it turns into thick consistency.

 Ingredients:

1. Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
2.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
3.Coriander leaves
4.Corn flour 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Dry roast coriander seeds for few minutes.
2.Add sufficient water   for soup  and bring it to boil.
3. Add pepper powder ,tomato paste, saindava lavanam(rock salt) and bring it to boil for one more time.
4. Turn to liquid corn flour in sufficient water and add to the mud pan without any lumps.Keep stirring awaiting to required thickness of consistency.
             5.Transfer into a bowl and Serve hot with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

1.Mushrooms 1 lb
2.Shallots 2 sliced
3.Butter 2 tbsp
4.Garlic 1 tbsp
5.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
6.Clove powder 1/4 tbsp
7.Italian dressing 1 tbsp
8.Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
9.Olive cow ghee 2 tbsp
10.Wheat floor 3 tbsp
11.Green chilli flakes to taste
12.Cow milk
13.Black pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. In a spacious mud pot melt Butter.
2. Add Shallots and let them to evenly brown.
3. Add Mushrooms and saute them until wetness evaporates.
4.Add Italian Seasoning ,Garlic, Clove Powder, Saindava lavanam(rock salt) and. stir fry
5.Switch off stove, add Lemon Juice and mix through. Remove Mushrooms into a separate plate.
6. In the same mud pan, heat Cow ghee on low heat.
7.Add All-Purpose Flour and keep mixing until flour changes color to light cherry.
8.Slowly add stockpile and keep whisk without forming any lumps. Bring it to boil for few  minutes.
9.In a small bowl, mix 2 Tbsp of All-Purpose Flour with normal water without forming any lumps.
10. Slowly pour the mixture into the stock and bring it to boil.
11.Add sauteed Mushrooms back into the stock ,Black Pepper.
12. Lastly added lemon liquid .

Ingredients:

1.Corn kernels 2 1/4 cup
2.Tomato 1 medium
3.Cabbage 1 finely chopped
4.String beans 8-10
5.Carrot 1 small
6.Corn flour 1 tbsp
7.Cow ghee 1 tbsp
8.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
9.Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
10.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
11.Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Chop the veggies into small pieces and remove the seeds of tomatoes and set aside.
2.Boil the corn in about 1-1/2 cups of sufficient water until the corn is soft. Remove ½ cup of corn and set to the side.
3.Blend the rest of the corn into a paste and strain.
4.Mix the cornstarch with 1/4 cup of sufficient water and set aside.
5.Heat cow ghee in a mud pan,add in cumin seeds and saute till they start sizzling add in chopped and 1/2 cup sufficient water.Cook till they  are tender.
6.Next, add the corn paste, corn, cornstarch mixture, and sufficient water to the vegetables. Bring the soup to a boil and lower the heat. Let the soup cook for another few minutes. put in the lemon juice and serve
