Ingredients
1.
Vulavalu 10 gr
2.
Malabar chinta 10 gr
3.
Pepper ¼ tsp
4.
Pinch of Salt(saindava lava am)
Preparation:
1.
Clean and wash vulavalu.
2.
Soak vulavalu whole night.
3.
Take a pot pour soaked vulavalu
with water.
4.
Add Malabar chinta.
5.
Boil in low flame.
6.
After few minutes switch of the
flame.
7.
Filter the juice.
8.
Add pepper and saindava lava am.
9.
Drink early in the morning.

Ingradients
1.
Baddish leaves 1cup
2.
Honey
3.
Pinch of pepper
Preparation
1.
Clean and wash Baddish leaves.
2.
Grind them in grinding stone.
3.
Filter the juice.
4.
Take a glass bowl add juice,
pepper powder, Honey.
5.
Mix finely .
6.
Take early in the morning.

•1.Soak a handful of jujube leaves in a bowl of water.
•2.Leave this for during the night, Strain the water and
drink this water early next day morning.
•3.You must drink the water on an empty stomach.

1.Black pepper 1tbsp
2.Lemon tuice 3tbsp
3.Honey 1tbsp
Procedure:
1 .Take a glass of
lukewarm water.
2.Add 4 tbsp of lemon juice and I tbsp of honey.
3. Add 1 tsp of
freshly crushed black pepper powder and mix well
4. Drink this every day in the morning to see helpful for
weight loss.
