1.       Kara kaya powder(haritaki) 1/2tsp
2.       Honey 1tsp

Preparation


1.       Take pot pour water.
2.       Add Kara kaya powder (haritaki).
3.       Get it boil.
4.       Button off the flame.
5.       Add honey.

6.       Drink warmly early in the morning.

1.       Vulavalu 10 gr
2.       Malabar chinta 10 gr
3.       Pepper ¼ tsp

Preparation:

 

1.       Clean and wash vulavalu.
2.       Soak vulavalu whole night.
3.       Take a pot pour soaked vulavalu with water.
4.       Add Malabar chinta.
5.       Boil in low flame.
6.       After few minutes switch of the flame.
7.       Filter the juice.
8.       Add pepper and saindava lava am.

9.       Drink early in the morning.
