Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya grated
2.Salt to taste(preferable saindava lavanam)
3.Green chillies
4.Wheat flour
5.Pepper powder
6.Ghee
7.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add sorakaya grated 1 cu wheat flour 1 cup salt,green chillies,pepper powder 1/2 tbsp finely chopped 1 tbsp,coriander leaves finely chopped  and mix well thoroughly without water.(Sorakaya is water content so we need not extra water).
2.Prepare a spongy dough and keep aside for few minutes.
3.Now dust the flat surface with some flour,divide the dough into small the equivalent portions and roll them into paratas.
4.Heat a flat mud pan and place parata,fry on both sides evenly by drizlling butter/gheeghee.Serve hot.
