Aloo Noodles Parata


Ingredients:

1.Potatoes boiled 1
2.Noodles boiled 1 cup
3.Wheat flour 1 cup
4.Turmeric powder a pinch
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Ghee 1 1/2 tbsp
7.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
8. Salt to taste(preferable saindava lavanam)
9.Chilli paste 1 tbsp
10.Masala red chilli powder 1 tbsp
11.Jowar flour 1 cup
12.Ragi flour
13.Butter
 

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add boiled noodles,boiled potatoes,garam masala powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli paste,masala red .Mix well all the ingredients regularly.
2.For prepare dough mix all the flour(wheat,ragi,jowar) altogether and prepare a dough by adding up water and some butter.
3.Now place small portion of noodles mixture in rolled dough and bring the edges jointly and roll into a chapatti and fry on a flat mud pan by adding ghee.
