Besanan Masala Roti


Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1/2 cup
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Cumin powder 1 1/2 tbsp
5.Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
6.sufficient water
7.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
8.Green chillies paste
9.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
10.Cow ghee 2 tbsp
11.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl add wheat flour ,cumin powder,besan flour ,turmeric powder, coriander powder,pepper powder,dry mango powder,coriander leaves,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),green chillies paste.
2.Mix well all the ingredients with sufficient sufficient water and mold into a soft dough.
3.Rest the dough for about 40-60minutes.
4.Meanwhile heat a flatmud mud pan.
5.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into chapathi by dust some wheat flour.
6.Place the roti on mud mud pan and cook on both the sides equally, sprinkle some cow ghee on both sides and fry. Serve hot with any curry.
