Jonna Ambali
Ingredients:
1.Jowar flour
2.Raw mangoes
3.Cow ghee
4.Saindavalavanam(Rock salt) to taste
Preparation:
1.Firstly soak jowar flour in sufficient water for a day,place under daylight by covering a cloth.
2.Once soaked jowar flour settles in bottom of mud pot, heave the above water.
3.Take pot add cow ghee ,sufficient water bring it to boil .Add soaked jowar flour and mix well..
4.Add some saindavalavanam(Rock salt) to taste,raw mango powder and mix it well.
5.Bring it to bowl and serve.
