Pepper Radish Parata


Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1/4 kilo
2.Pepperes ripened 3
3.Radish grated 1 cup
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
7. Cow ghee 2 tbsp
8.Butter 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan pour some cow ghee and heat it,add cumin seeds and saute for few seconds,add pepper, ginger paste and mix well,fry few minutes.
2.Add grated radish,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and saute for few minutes.Switch of the stove and keep to the side.
3.Take a deep glass bowl add wheat flour,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and fried radish,mix all the ingredients with sufficient water.Prepare a parata dough.
4.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a parata by dusting some dry flour.
5.Heat a mud pan by greasing some butter,place the parata and cook on both sides evenly till nice brown colour, Serve hot.
