Annam Godhuma Parata
Ingredients:
1.Cooked red rice
2.Wheat flour
3.Coriander leaves
4.Garam masala powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Pepper powder
7.Ghee
Preparation:
1.Heat some ghee in pot ,add some garam masala powder,pepper powder,coriander leaves and stir fry for a minute.
2.Now add cooked rede rice,salt and mix up well.
3.Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour ,keep aside.
4.Prepare dough balls and stuff the rice, enfold around the edges and roll into a thin paratha,repeat the same procedure for other dough balls.
5.Heat a flat mud pan and put the paratha,fry evenly on both sides by drizzling some ghee.Serve hot.
