Cauli flower colourful Parata
Ingredients:
1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2. Cauliflower 1 cup
3.Potato 1
4.Green chillies 2
5.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
6.Pepper powder
7.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
8.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves
10.Butter 2 tbsp
11.Cow ghee 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a deep glass bowl add wheat flour,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and mix well with sufficient water and prepare smooth dough and keep aside.
2.Take a mud pan pour some cow ghee and heat it,add cauliflower , green chilies, potato and saute.
3.Add saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) cumin powder ,pepper powder, and mix well.Switch off the stove and add lemon juice.Rest aside the mixture to cool down.
4.Divide the dough into small portions and spread into a thin chapathi and stuff the fried mixture into it.
5.Now roll into a thin paratha by dusting some dry flour,Drizzle some butter on mud pan and place the paratha,cook on both sides evenly and till brown spots appear.Serve hot.
