Ingredients:


1.   Carrot
2.   green peas

3.   Cabbage

Preparation:


1.   Wash and peal carrot.
2.   Finely chopped.
3.   Cabbage also finely chopped.
4.   Arrange in order.

5.   Serve.

Ingredients:

1.Thati Munjalu
2. Dry dates
3.Honey
4. Pinch of ilachi powder


Preparation:

1.Take a deep bowl add thati munjalu pieces,greated drydates.
2.Keep aside for few minutes.
3.Add honey ,and give it a good mix.
4.Finally sprinkle some ilachy powder and serve.

1.Water melon pieces 1 cup
2.Chaat masala powder 1 tbsp
3.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
5.Pudina chopped 1 tbsp
6.Honey 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl add water melon pieces ,pepper powder.
2.Add chaat masala powder,honey.
3.Lastly added lemon juice,pudina leaves and toss well.
4.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with pudina leaves. serve up immediately.

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl add ginger juice 1 tbsp,
2.Add paneer grated,carrot,cucumber,tomatoes and toss well.
3.Add honey 2 tbsp,salt(if necessary add saindava lavanam) and mix well.
4. Shift into a serving bowl and serve.

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl add chopped cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts moong sprouts
2.Add pepper powder,salt we needed add (saindava lavanam),and toss well.
3.Transfer into a plate and garnish with pudina leaves and

2.Capsicum (green ,yellow)chopped 1 cup
3.Garlic cloves finely chopped 1/2 tbsp
4.Salt(if necessary add saindava lavanam),

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add chopped capsicum, tomatoes, ginger cloves finely chopped,
2.Salt as we needed add (saindava lavanam),pepper powder 1 tbsp

4.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.

1.Take a glass bowl add carrot pieces ,raw mango pieces.
2.Add green chillie pieces,sliced onions, Red Chili Flakes.
3.Add Salt(if necessary add saindava lavanam),add pea nut powder.
4.Decorate with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

1.Moong sprouts 1/4 cup
2.Pudina
3.Cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp
4.Ginger minced 1 tbsp
5.Black pepper 1/8 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Lemon juice few drops
8.Cream cheese 2 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.In a glass bowl.add cumin seeds,add sprouts, ginger, black pepper .
2.Add cucumber seeds,coriander leaves mix well.
2. Add lemon juice,  and set aside.
3.Prepare cream cheese topping by mixing all the ingredients.
4.Take cucumber slices and hollow out the seed, create small bowls.
5Fill all tomatoes and 4 cucumber slices with moong sprouts.
5.Fill the remaining 4 cucumber slices with cream cheese filling.
7.Decorate with pudina leaves.

4.Red capsicum (Red bell pepper) chopped
5.Yellow capsicum chopped

Preparation
:

1.Take a glass bowl,add red capsicum, greenpeas,cumin powder,black salt,chopped tomatoes and paneer cubes.Give it a good mix.
2.Add Salt  if necessary (saindavalavanam) and lemon juice,give it amix.
3.Add coriander leaves and mix again.
4.Dress up with spring onion .
