Dal Mud paneer Parata


Ingredients:

1.Moong dal 1/2 cup bcow gheeed and mashed
2.Mud paneer grated 1/2 cup
3.Wheat flour 1 cup
4.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
5.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
6.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
7.Coriander leaves
8.Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
9.Butter 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a glass bowl combine moong dal,mud paneer,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),pepper powder,ginger,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well and keep aside.
2.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding some saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),mix well with sufficient water.
3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into small puris,stuff the dal mixture and wrap around the edges tightly.
4.Again roll them into a paratha,meanwhile heat a mud pan by drizzling some butter on paratha and cook evenly, Serve hot
