Indian Garlic Bread help ful to heart
Ingredients:
1.Wheat flour
2.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
3.Butter
4.Pepper powder
5.Cow ghee
6.Rice flour
7.Cumin powder
8.Dry Mango powder
9.Garlic finely chopped
Preparation:
1.Take a deep glass bowl add wheat flour,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),butter and some sufficient water,prepare a smooth dough and rest aside for30 minutes.
2.Meanwhile take a small glass bowl add cow ghee,combine,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),pepper powder,cumin powder,garlic chopped,dry mango powder and mix well.Prepare a smooth paste.
3.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a chapathi,now apply the garlic paste and roll into a paratha by forming layers, dusting some rice flour.
4.Heat a mud pan and place the paratha,cook on both sides evenly till golden brown colour spots appear,grease some cow ghee and serve hot.
