Cabbage Chapathi


Ingredients:

1.Cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
2.Wheat flour 1 cup
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Curry leaves
5.Ginger small pieces
6.Green chillies 2
7.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
8.Cow ghee2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a mixer jar add cumin seeds,green chillies,ginger, curry leaves,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) into a smooth paste.
2.Take a mud pan pour some cow ghee and heat it,add ground paste and fry for few minutes.
3.Add chopped cabbage and mix well, fry till uncooked smell goes off.
4.Take a glass bowl add wheat flour, fried cabbage,saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) and mix well with sufficient sufficient water and get ready a dough.
5.Divide the dough into equivalent parts and roll them into a chapathi by dusting some flour.Place the chapathi on hot mud mud pan and fry equally .Serve hot.
