Dal pasand Parata
Ingredients:
1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Left over dal 1/2 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
5.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
6.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
7.Chat masala powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Carom seeds 1/2 tbsp
9.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
11.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
12.Cow ghee 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a glass bowl add wheat flour,left over dal,onion chopped medium,pepper powder,coriander powder,cumin powder, turmeric powder ,chat masala powder,carom seeds ,coriander leaves and saindhava lavanam (Rock salt).
2.Mix well all the ingredients with enough sufficient water and keen on a dough.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll it into a chapathi.
4.Some cow ghee on both sides of chapathi and cook till brown colour both sides.Serve hot.
