Indian Recipe - Roomali Roti quickie
Ingredients:
1.Rice floor 1tbsp
2.Cow ghee
3.Basen flour1tbsp
4.Saindhava lavanam (Rock salt) to taste
5.Wheat flour
Preparation:
1.Combine wheat flour and saindhava lavanam (Rock salt),mix well together by adding sufficient water.
2.Prepare a smooth dough,rest aside the dough for 1hr by covering with a cotton cloth.
3.Now make 2 small balls of the dough and apply fat and rice flour on one side and put them together with the fat side facing each otherc roll like a thin chapati of about 10 diameter circle using little basen flour
4.Place the rumali roti carefully over it and cook till they puff up and you will be able to separate the two layers Fold it like a kerchief. Serve roti with indian special curry.
