Curry Leaf powder (control cancer)
Ingredients:
1.Chana dal
2.Curry leaves
3.Garlic cloves
4.Green chillies
5.Fenugreek seeds
6.Cumin seeds
7. Tamarind
8.Cow ghee
9.Pepper corns
10.Saindavalavanam(rock salt) to taste
Preparation:
1.Heat some cow ghee in a mud pan,add hing powder.fenugreek,cumin seeds and mix well.
2.Add chana dal, pepper corns ,tamarind saute for few minutes.As chana dal gets colour,add green chillies,garlic cloves.Cook till they turn into dry.
3.Once green chillies starts drying, add curry leaves and fry on a low heat till curry leaves dried out.
4.Add a pinch of saindavalavanam(rock salt) and, grind the mixture.
