Allam Murabba
Ingredients:
1.Ginger roughly mashed 100 gms
2.Jaggery 250 gms
3.Ghee
Preparation:
1.Take a mud pot pour sufficient water as we needed,add jaggery and bring it to boil .
2.Keep stirring the mixture till it attain thick constancy, add ginger roughly mashed and give it a mix.
3.Take a plate grease some ghee all over and spread uniformly.
4.Add 1/2 tbsp ghee and mix well.
5.Finally transfer the mixture into greased plate and spread into a thin layer.
6.Rest the mixture to cool and then we cut into pieces when the mixture is hot.Cut into preferred shapes. helpful as a medicine to cough
