Ragi Malt - Ambali
Ingredients:
1.Pinch of ilachi
2.Cow milk
3.Ragi flour
4.Saindavalavanam(Rock salt) to taste
5.Jaggery
6.Sufficient water
Preparation:
1.Take a bowl mix ragi flour in some sufficient water to avoid lumps formation and keep it a side.
2.Take a mud pot add cow ghee sufficient water bring it to boil ,add ragi mixture and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
3.Once it is done add cow milk jiggery or curd,saindavalavanam(Rock salt) and mix well and serve..
