Aloo Naan
Ingredients:
1.Wheat floor 2 cups
2.Dry Yeast 1 tbsp
3.Salt to taste
4.Jaggery greated 1 tbsp
5. Butter 2 tbsp
6.Oil 2 tbsp
7.Curd 2 tbsp
8.Potatoes 2 medium boiled
9.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
10.Mango powder 1/2 tbsp
11.Green capsicum 1 chopped
12.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
13.Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Dissolve jaggery,salt of lukewarm water and let it sit for 10 minute.
2.Add the oil and curd mix it well,Add the wheat floor
and add water as needed to make the dough stiff.Ingredients:

Preparation:
1.Dissolve jaggery,salt of lukewarm water and let it sit for 10 minute.
3. Press the dough well and keep aside for 3-4 hours.
4.Boil 2 medium potatoes 1n a pot until they are cookeed.Once cooked, drain the water and let the potatoes .peel the skin off and mash the potatoes.
5.Add green pepper, garam masala, cilantro, mango powder cumin seeds, and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix it well.
6.Roll the dough into small chapatti and place potato dough inside, seal the edges tightly. 7.Fry on a flat mud pan add some butter and serve hot.
8.Take out naan from from oven and brush it with butter and serve hot.
