Aloo Matter Parrota
Ingredients:
1.Wheat flour 3 cups
2.Potatoes small 3
3.Green peas 1/2 cup
4.Butter
5.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Garam masala
7.Salt to taste(saindavalavanam)
8.Green chilli paste
9.Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
10.Oil 2 1/2 tbsp

1.Take a pot add potatoes water cook well.peel potatoes and smass.
2.Take a bowl add wheat flour,oil,salt (pinch of)and water as required.mix well .
3.Cover this and set aside for 30 minutes.
4.Take a bowl add potatoes smass,gren peas,salt,green chilli and ginger paste,red chilli powder,dry fenugreek leaves,garam masala powder.Mix well and keep away.
5.Divide equal portions formed into balls and roll them into discs by dusting flour.Place portion of filling in center and bring the boundaries and seal.
6.Press evenly dust with flour and revolve out into thick paratha.
7.Heat a mud tawa place paratha on it cook on low heat for few minutes .turn over and sprinkle butter all around.Cook on medium heat till golden brown and serve hot.
