Kiwi Milkshake for full body recharge
Ingredients:
1.Kiwi fruits 1 cup
2.Milk 2 cups(cow milk is preferable)
3.Cardmompowder1/4tsp
4.Jaggery 3tbsp
5.Honey 3 tbsp
6.Rose petals3 tbsp
7.Badam chopped 1 tbsp
8.Pista chopped 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a blender add kiwi fruits ,rose petalsand blend well,add some milk,jaggery and blend again till soft .
2.Garnish the glass with fruit jam and pour the kiwi smoothie into the glass,garnish with, badam,pista.Serve .
