Navratan Rice


Ingredients:

1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/4 cup
3.Pineapple pieces 1/4 cup
4.Carrot 1
5.Dry fruits 20 grams
6.Freshly grated coconut
7.Spinach shredded
8.Paneer
9.Mushrooms
10.Meal maker
11.Ghee 2 tbsp
12.Green chillies 3
13.Ginger 1 tbsp
14.Pudina leaves
15.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
16.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Heat some ghee in a pot-fry dry fruits for few seconds till to golden colour.
2.In the same pot add ginger,carrot and saute for a minute.
3.Add mushrooms,green chillies spinach,soaked moong dal and fry for few minutes till gentle.
4.Add,paneer,meal maker and mix well,sprinkle pepper powder,salt,pudina and give it a good stir.
5.Finally add cooked rice and mix well evenly and coat well the rice,add fried dry fruits and pineapple switch off the flame and spray some coconut grated and serve up hot.
