Mulakkadala Soup
Ingredients:
1.Drum sticks
2.Saindava lavanam(rock salt)
3.Onions
4.Garlic
5.Pepper corns
6.Cloves
7.Garam masala powder
8.Corn flour
9.Coriander leaves
10.Butter
Preparation:
1.Boil drum sticks in sufficient water for few minutes by adding some saindava lavanam(rock salt).
2. Meanwhile melt some butter in another mud pan, add onions and sauté till to golden brown color.
3. Add cloves, garam masala powder, pepper corns saindava lavanam (rock salt) and sauté for few minutes.
4. Switch off the flame and rest aside the mixture to cool down for few minutes and blend into a fine paste.
5. Transfer the paste into a separate bowl, meanwhile take away pulp from drum sticks in a small bowl and mash well.
6. Add ground paste, drum stick pulp, to the boiled sufficient water and stir,bol on medium flame for few minutes.
