Ingredients:
1. Potatoes
2. Lemon juice
3. Tomatoes
4. Toor dal
5. Tempering seeds
6. Beans
7. Green chillies
8. Green peas
9. Coriander leaves
10. Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
11. Curry leaves
12. Boiled piece
13. Cow ghee
14. Turmeric powder
Preparation:
1.Take a mud pan add in tour dal,green peas, potatoes
chopped, beans chopped, tomato sliced and sufficient water as for soup
consistency.
.
2. Meanwhile heat some cow ghee in a mud pan, add in cumin,
mustard ,curry leaves, garlic, turmeric powder , green chillies,dried green
chilies sauté.
4. Pour the soup into tempering mixture and mix well. Add
saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste.
5. Before serve Squeeze 1/2 lemon, coriander leaves and
serve hot.
