Ponnaganti leaves soup act as anti diabetic
Ingredients:

Ponnaganti leaves
2.
Ghee 2tbsp
3.
Jeera
4.
Pepper
5.
Garlic cloves
6.
Onion 1
7.
Pinch of salt(saindava lavanam)
Preparation
1.
Take a pot add ghee.
2.
Add jeera fry and then add garlic clove pieces.
3.
Then add chopped onion.
4.
Fry onions are golden colour.
5.
Then add cleaned and washed ponnaganti leaves.
6.
Fry till to half cooked.
7.
Add water and boil Lastly add pepper.
8.
Add pinch of salt.
9.
Switch of the flame.
10.
Transfer the soup into bowl.
