Rajma(high protein)malt



Ingredients
:

1.Soaked Rajma
2.Garlic chopped
3.Onions
4.Tomatoes
5.Capsicum
6.Red chilli powder
7.Cumin powder
8.Saindavalavanam(Rock salt)
9.Cow ghee

Preparation
:


1.Heat some cow ghee in a mud pot,add garlic and saute for few seconds.
2.Add onions fry till to golden brown,add tomatoes,some sufficient water and mix well.
3.Cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
4.Add capsicum, boiled andcoarsely mashed rajma ,cumin powder ,red chilli powder saindavalavanam(Rock salt) and some sufficient water.
5.Mix well all the ingredients ,cook for a minute. serve hot with naan or rotis.
