Ingredients:

1.Carrot
2.Pepper
3.Garlic
4.Green chillies
5.Coriander leaves
6.Curry leaves
7.Tempering seeds
8.Saindava lavanam(Rock salt)
9.Lemon juice
10.Gingle oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some Gingle oil  in a mud pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,pepper corns,green chillies,garlic cloves and saute.
2.Add boiled and mashed carrot crush, some water and mix well.Bring it to boil  .
3.Add rasam powder,saindava lavanam(Rock salt),coriander leaves and mix well.
4.Transfer into a bowl and rest the rasam to normal, once done add 1spoon  lemon juice and serve.
