Batata Vada Special Sambhar
Ingredients:
1.Boiled potatoes 3
2.Gingle oil 3 tbsp
3.Saindava lavanam(Rock salt) to taste
4.Garlic cloves 4
5.Green chillies 5
6.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
7.Coriander leaves for garnishing
8.Besan flour 1 cup
9.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
10.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp

Preparation:
1.Boiled and peel and smashed potatoes.
2.Make a coarse paste of garlic and green chillies.
3.Take a mud pan pour some Gingle oil and heat it,add in green chilli pieces and blend well.
4.Add turmeric powder,potato grated,saindava lavanam(Rock salt) and mix well evenly.
5.Add lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix fine.
6. Batter preparation:Take a bowl add in besan flour,red chilli powder,saindava lavanam(Rock salt), and beat until batter is smooth.
7.Make small balls of potato mixture and coat with besan batter. in the meantime heat sufficient Gingle oil for deep frying(or) use punukulu pan instead of deep fry.
8.These balls put in sambar.Serve as it is or with rice.
