Kesar Elaichi Lassi
Ingredients:
1.Curd-4cups
2.Pista
3.Saffron strands
4.Honey 2tbsp
5.Peda (Sweet)
6.Rabdi-1cup
7.Badam
8.Cardamom powder
9.Rose petals
Preparation:
1.Take a small cup,add few saffron strands and soak in water.
2.Now take another bowl add 4 cups of curd, and blend it.
3.Add cardamom powder, peda, rabdi.Blend to a smooth consistency.
4.Add soaked saffron strands in the lassi.Mix it well.
5.Pour into a glass,garnish with, pista ,rose petals and badam (grated).Serve .
