Capsicum
Curd Rice
Ingredients:
1.Rice 1
cup cooked
2.Capsicum
chopped 1
3.Pepper 1
tbsp
4.Salt to
taste
5.Curd 1
cups
6.Dried red
chillies 3
7.Curry
leaves
8.Ginger 1
tbsp chopped
9.Mustard
seeds 1/2 tbsp
10.Ghee 3
tbsp
11.Carrot
grated
Preparation:
1. Take a
dish mix cooked rice, curd, salt and some, blend well and keep aside.
2. Heat
some ghee in a pan, add dried red challis, mustard seeds, pepper corns and fry
for a minute.
3. Add
ginger chopped, curry leaves and fry for a minute.
4. Add
capsicum chopped and fry for few minutes. Switch off the stove and pour the
tempering mixture on top of curd rice and give it a first-class mix. Garnish
with carrot grate and serve
