Cabbage Dal

Ingredients:
1.Cabbage
shredded 1 cup
2.Masoor
dal 1/4 cup
3.Rice 1
cup
4.Onion
chopped 2
5.Green
chillies 3
6.Carrot
grated 1/4 cup
7.Boiled
Potato 1
8.Ginger
garlic paste 1 tbsp
9.Besan
flour 1 tbsp
10.Corn
flour 1 tbsp
11.Coconut
milk 1 cup
12.Garam
masala powder roughly crushed 1/4 tbsp
13.Roasted
Whole garam masala
14.Coriander
powder 1/2 tbsp
15.Ghee 3
tbsp
16.Oil for
deep frying
Preparation:
1.In a dish
combine cabbage,red chilli powder,salt,coriander powder,garam masala
powder,corn flour,besan flour,coriander leaves,potatoes,ginger garlic paste and
combination well all the ingredients.
2. Make
small round balls.

Meanwhile heat adequate oil for deep scorching, bit by bit drop the balls in sizzling
oil and deep fry till golden-haired brown colour.
4. Heat
some ghee in another pan,add onions fry till golden brown,add whole garam
masala, curry leaves, green chillies and fry for few minutes. Now add fried
balls and fry for few minutes by cover a lid.
5. Lastly
add cooked rice along with maser dal to the frying pan,mix well and scattering
some salt.
6.Cook for
another 5 minutes and transfer into a dish and serve hot.
