How to prepare cough syrup for hack up with Dantu (thota) koora
Ingredients:
1. Dantu koora (thota koora) tenderer leaves
1 cup
2. Ghee 1tsp
3. Saindava lavanam 1/h tsp
4. Pepper powder
5. Cumin seeds1/4tsp
Preparation:
1. Wash Dantu koora tenderer leaves.
2. Take mud pan add ghee.
3. Fry Cumin seeds
4. Add Dantu koora tenderer leaves till to uncooked
smell gone.
5. Add pepper powder.
6. Add Saindava lavanam.
7. Finally pour water.
8. Simmer few minutes.
9. Switch of flame.
10. Filter the juice.
