Palak Adak Soup


Ingredients:

1.Spinach crush 1 cup
2.Ginger pieces1 tbsp
3.Butter 1tbsp
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Cloves 2-3
6.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
7.Pepper powder

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan add butter, melt it.
2. Add bay leaf, cloves, ginger pieces.
3. Add spinach crush and mix well.
4. Add sufficient water as we needed for soup consistency, bring it toboil.
5. Meanwhile take a small bowl add corn flour, sufficient water. Prepare a thick batter.
6. Add this mixture into spinach soup and keep moving without forming any lumps.
7. Bring it to boil garnish with fresh cream .
