Mushroom Cream Soup


Ingredients:


1.Mushrooms
2.Cow milk
3.Cream
4.Wheat floor
5.Tasting saindava lavanam(rock salt)
6.Saindava lavanam(rock salt)
7.Pepper powder

Preparation:


1.Boil some water in a mud pan, add chopped mushrooms, saindava lavanam(rock salt) and bring it to boil for few minutes.
2. Melt some butter in a mud pan; add wheat flour and sauté for few minutes on medium heat.
3. Now add cow milk to the mud pan, mix well the mixture lacking any lumps.
4. Add pepper powder, saindava lavanam (rock salt), tasting and give it a good mix.
5. Finally add boiled mushrooms to the white soup and mix well. Cook for few minutes. 6. Transfer into a soup bowl. Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.
