Moong Dal Soup
Ingredients:
1.Moong dal 1 cup
2.Kabuli chana 1/4 cup
3.Coriander powder
4.Cinnamon stick small piece
5.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
6.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
7.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
8.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
9.Butter 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a mud pan melt some butter, add garlic, cinnamon and fry.
2. Add onions, fry for a minute, add boiled moong dale paste, some sufficient water and mix well evenly and bring it to boil.
3. Add ,pepper powder,salt ,coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer into a bowl, add boiled kabuli chana,lemon juice and serve hot.
