Mokkajonna Soup
Ingredients:
1.Corn Kernels paste 1 cup
2. Butter 1 tbsp
3.Corn kernels boiled
4.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
5.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Jaggery 1/2 tbsp
7.Garlic cloves chopped finely 1/2 tbsp
8.Bay leaf 1
9.Fresh cream
Preparation:
1.Take a mud pan add sufficient butter, melt it.
2. Add bay leaf, garlic cloves thinly chopped and sauté.
3. Add some sufficient water for soup. get it to boil
4.Add corn paste and mix well.
5. Add saindava lavanam (rock salt), pepper powder, jaggery and bring it to boil.
6. Add corn flour paste to the soup and keep stirring.
7. Boil on medium flame till to required consistency. Add corn kernels, fresh cream and serve hot.
