Ingredients:

1.Dried red chilles
2.Toor dal
3.Chana dal
4.Putnalu
5.Garlic cloves
6.Curry leaves
7.Hing
8.Cumin seeds

Preparation:

1.Dry roast red chillies,toor dal,cumin seeds till they turn into reddish colour.
2.Add putnalu,cloves,curry leaves,hing and saute.
3.Make sure that all the ingredient are evenly fried on medium flame.
4.After done switch off the flame and ret the mixture to cool down for 10 min.Blend into a smooth powder.
