Corn Palak Soup Improve Calcium Level
Ingredients:
1.Spinach boiled and grinded into paste
2.Sweet corn boiled
3.Butter 1 tbsp
4.Bay leaf' 1 no.
5.Ginger chopped
6.Boiled sweet corn sufficient water (Vegetable stock)
7.Corn flour 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a mud pan add butter,melt it .
2.Add bay leaf,ginger finely chopped,vegetable stock and spinach paste.Bring it to a boil.
3.Add sufficient water to the corn flour mixture and prepare a thick paste,without forming any lumps.Remove the bay leaf.
4.Add this corn flour paste to the boil this mixture and stir fry for few minutes.
5.Add saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste,pepper powder.Bring it to boil.
6.Serve in soup bowl serve hot.
