Ingredients
:

1.Urad dal
2.Moong dal
3.Coconut powder
4.Onions
5.Tomatoes
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Mustard seeds
10.Cumin seeds
11.Saindava lavanam(rock salt)
12.Turmeric
13.Ajinomoto
14.Pepper powder
15.Cow ghee

Preparation
:

1.Heat some cow ghee in a mud pan, add  mustard seeds ,cumin seeds and sauté.
2.Add onions fry till to golden-haired ,add garlic ginger paste and mix well.
3.Add green chillies ,tomatoes, saindava lavanam(rock salt),turmeric powder and mix well,cover and cook till tender on medium flame.
4.Add soaked and blended moong dal paste and mix well,add of sufficient water.
5.Add saindava lavanam(rock salt),pepper powder,ajinomoto,coriander leaves,curry leaves and mix well,bring it to boil for few minutes.
6.Soak and blend urad dal,add green chillies,coconut chopped, curry leaves,coriander leaves,saindava lavanam(rock salt) and mix well.
7.Take a blended paste form like bondas in steam or deep fry what ever you want.Once done transfer into moong dal mixture,soak for about 10 minutes and serve.
