Batani Ajwain Soup
Ingredients:
1.Green peas grinded into paste 1/2 cup
2.Vaamu 1 tbsp (Carom seeds)
3.Ginger sliced finely 1/2 tbsp
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
6.Pepper powder n1/2 tbsp
7.Butter 1 tbsp
8.Fresh cream
9.Corn flour 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a mud pan add butter,melt it.
2.Add bay leaf,vaamu,ginger,green peas paste and add sufficient water bring it to boil.
3.Add pepper powder ,saindava lavanam(rock salt) and give it a mix
4.Take small bowl add corn flour,sufficient water.Prepare a thick paste.
5.Add this mixture to the content without forming any lumps.
6.Bring it to boil until it attains required consistency. Serve up
