Baby Corn Soup


Ingredients:

1.Baby corn sliced 1 cup
2.Wheat floor 1/4 cup
3.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
4.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
5.Jaggery 1 tbsp
6.Fresh cream
7.Butter 1 tbsp
8.Cow milk 2 cup

Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan add 1 tbsp butter and melt it.
2.Add wheat floor and fry for a minute until butter mix withwheat floor.
3.Add cow milk to the wheat floor and mix well without forming any lumps.cook till to required formation of soup.
4.In another mud pan add butter, baby corns fry till to tender.
5.Add  jaggery, pepper powder,saindava lavanam(rock salt)and give a nice stir.
6.Finally add blanched into it and move into a bowl, adorn with new cream.Serve hot.
