Palak Khichdi
Ingredients:
1.Spinach shredded 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Godhuma ravva 1 cup soaked
4.Salt to taste
5.Green chillies 2
6.Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
7.Cumin seeds 1tbsp
8.Ghee 1 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves
Preparation:
1.Heat some ghee in a pot, add cumin seeds,ginger chopped ,green chillies and fry for few minutes.
2.Add spinach and fry for few minutes till tender, add water as required, and bring it to boil.
3.Add moong dal, salt to taste godhuma ravva to the frying pan and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes till complete. relocate into a bowl and serve up
