Pachi Chanagala Biryani
Ingredients:
1.Raw Chana dal 1 cup
2.Basmati Rice 1 cups
3.Potatoes 1
4.Carrot 1
5.Capsicum sliced 1
6.Whole garam masala
7.Green chillies 4
8.Pudina leaves
9.Coriander leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Ghee 3 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a pot pour 2tbsp ghee,heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala and saute.Add chopped carrots,capsicum, salt and potatoes and mix well.
3.Cover and cook for few minutes.
4.Add give it a mix.Add raw chana dal and cook for few minutes.
5.Add 1 cup soaked rice,2 cups water,coriander leaves, pudina and give it a mix.
6.Cover and cook till complete, open the lid and turn the rice smoothly. serve up hot with raitha.
