Palak Paneer Pulav
Ingredients:
1.Paneer
2.Spinach
3. Garam masala powder
4.Onions
5.Green chillies
6.Coriander leaves
7.Curry leaves
8.Mustard seeds
9.Cumin seeds
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Salt
12.Turmeric
13.Cashew nuts
14.Ajinomoto
15.Basmati rice
16.Oil
Preparation:
1.Heat some oil in a pot, add cumin seeds, mustard, ,onions and fry till golden brown colour.
2.Add curry leaves,green chillies chopped spinach and mix well.Fry till tender add ginger garlic paste,turmeric,ajinomoto,garam masala powder and mix well.
3.Fry for few minutes,add fried panner pieces and mix well.Add cooked to frying pot and toss well.
4.Cook for few minutes till done, relocate into a bowl, decorate with fried cashew nuts. serve up hot.
