Methi Corn Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1.Cooked rice 1/4 kilo
2.Fenugreek leaves 50 grams
3.American corn 1 cup
4.Salt to taste
5.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
6.methi
7.Soya sauce 1 tbsp
8.Oil 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Heat some oil in a pot, add corn and fry for few minutes,
2.Add fenu greek leaves, and mix well.
3.Add pepper powder and mix well,
4.Add salt,soya sauce cooked rice and mix well evenly.Finally and give it a good mix. relocate into a bowl and serve up hot
