Methi Jeera Rice
Ingredients:
1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2.Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Green chillies 4
5.Chana dal 1 tbsp
6.Urad dal 1 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Ghee 2 tbsp
9.Dry Mango powder 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a pot pour some ghee and heat it,add,urad dal and chana dal.
2.Add cumin seeds, ,fenugreek leaves and fry for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
3.Add green chillies salt to taste,cooked basmati rice and mix well regularly, fry for few minutes till all masalas coat well the rice.
4.Finally add some dry mango powder and give it a stir. relocate into a plate and serve up hot
