Kothimeera Pulao



Ingredients:

1.Basmati rice 1 cup cooked
2.Coriander paste 1/2 cup
3.Whole garam masala
4.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
5.Cashew nuts 20 grams
6.Green chillies sliced 3
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil 2 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves
10. cashew nuts

Preparation:

1.Take a pot pour some oil and heat it,add in whole roasted garam masala and fry for few seconds.
2.Add cashew nut and fry till light golden colour,add,green chillies and coriander paste. ginger garlic paste Mix well.
3.Fry for few minutes till raw smell leave on, add some salt and finally add cooked rice to the pot, mix well equally. relocate into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves,and cashew nuts.
